1.     OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Irenej Hvasti s.p. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to StrikeReset. By purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

2.     GOVERNING LAW  

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovenia (Kranj).

3.     MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our recovery gloves are designed for general athletic recovery and performance. They are NOT medical devices.

·       These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

·       This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

·       Consult a physician before use if you have circulatory issues, skin sensitivities, or any pre-existing medical condition.

4.     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Irenej Hvasti s.p. (StrikeReset), our directors, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Use at your own risk.
