Forget the bucket of ice. This is so much better. You don't have to sit there freezing you're whole arm, just the spots that actually hurt.

I train boxing 4-5 times a wek and my knuckles were constantly sore and slightly swollen. I tried ice packs before but it was always messy and didn't really do much. After using these gloves for about a week, I noticed a huge difference. The swelling went down and I can actually train again the next day without pain. Super easy to use after training and honestly feels better than regular ice bath. Wish I found these earlier.

Waaay better than holding an ice pack. You're actually mobile. Put the glove on, grab a snack and your good.

Usually ice is a mess but this gel doesn't leak at all. Fits perfect and I can still use my iPad with the glove on.

Functionaly-wise they are unbeatable. Love the open fingers so I can scroll tiktok while my hands heal up.

Used to wrap my hands in cold towels and it sucked. These are way colder an stay cold for like 20 minutes.

Stoked on these. I keep them in the freezer and they cool me down for a solid 30 minutes. Package was not the prettiest but who cares.

Finally I can recover and be mobile... No mess, no water, just cold... The solid gel is legit it fells really secure.

No more dripping water everywhere. Solid gel is the way to go. I can even do chores around the house with these on.
